Please note:
- For Low Season rates, deduct 10% from the rack rate.
- For Single occupancy, add 20% to the rack rate.
- For EA Citizens & Residents deduct 25% from the rack rate.
- The deductions can’t be accumulative.
- Should the government increase taxes or introduce new taxes, the company reserves the right to modify the rates. – INCLUDED: VAT at 18%; Catering Levy of 1% (pppn).
– NOT INCLUDED: Tanzanian National Park (TANAPA)camping and entry fees.

Meal Plan
- Full Board: Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, mineral water, tea and coffee.
- Daily private hire of 4×4 vehicle: 250 USD/ day Driver & Fuel Included. Please note safari vehicles are subject to availability. We don’t offer any pick-up/drop-off shuttle service. Click for more INFO.
Seasons
- High Season: 1st Jul 30 to 31 Oct / 20th Dec to 6th Jan
- Low season: 7th Jan to 30th Jun/ 1st Nov to 19th Dec
- Check-in time: From 12pm
- Check-out time: Until 10am
Children And Families
- Children 0-16 years old must share a tent with an adult
- Children under 5 years old: Free of charge
- Children 5-16 years: 50% discount on adult rate
- Family rooms are available (upon request) in VIP camp: maximum 4 guests (or 4 plus 1 infant) with at least one child of 5-16 years in the party
Payment Method
A deposit of 50% of the total balance should be paid to secure the booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. Reservations made 30 days or less before the arrival date should be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Charges
- 31 days and over: no cancellation fee.
- From 30 to 15 days: 50% cancellation fee.
- From 14 days and no show: 100% cancellation fee.
